Is My Insurance Covered?

We accept a number of major health insurance companies and are in network with many plans.


If we are not part of your network, we can provide you with the documentation that you need to submit to your insurance company for direct reimbursement. In addition, Flexible Spending Accounts and Health Reimbursement Accounts may be used for many of our services as well.


If you have questions about your insurance coverage, our team will verify your coverage and explain your benefits before treatment.


How to verify your insurance coverage before your visit

Verifying your insurance coverage is one of the first steps we take when you start your health journey with us!

We are in-network with many plans, including:

 Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Aetna.

 

Before you schedule, we can look up your insurance coverage on your behalf.

If you do not have insurance coverage, you can pay directly for the care you need. We offer wellness packages, priced to be cost effective and affordable.

Flexible Spending Accounts and Health Savings Accounts

Our services are eligible expenses for most flexible spending accounts (FSA), health savings accounts (HSA), and health reimbursement accounts (HRA).

 

Self-Pay Packages

We offer many accessible options for self-payment including monthly memberships and packages for many of our services. To obtain our time of service self-pay rates, please request more information by filling out the form below.

Financial Policy 

Insurance-based Visits

At the time of your visit, we’ll collect the minimum amount due based on your insurance coverage. Once your insurance processes your claim, we’ll send you a Statement of for the remaining balance if any. For many patients, there will likely be a balance owed once insurance processes due to specific insurance coverage terms and deductible rates.
